The Melbourne Star limousines are always there at your service. Our service and commitment to the client does not just stop at the limousine. While riding in our chauffeured limousines a Melbourne Star driver should be considered to be like a clients personal Valet. For example with any airport pick-up we will be there at the baggage carousel with the client, supplying any trolleys etc as required. The client need only identify their luggage and we will take care of the rest.
If a client has any personal needs, heavy lifting requirements, medical aids etc then the Melbourne Star chauffeur will be there to assist. This is simply a part of the Melbourne Star service and our chauffeurs have a “can do” attitude.
At Melbourne Star it is our aim to make any journey as comfortable as possible.
Within a Melbourne Star vehicle we provide chilled water, daily newspapers (e.g. herald Sun and Financial Review) and various non offensive magazines (e.g. Vogue, Australian Personal Computer and Money Magazine).
Further to the above our vehicles are always kept clean both inside and out and are maintained equal to or better than the manufacturers recommendations. We take pride not only in our personal appearance but also in that of our limousines. Our limousines are all strictly non smoking vehicles.
Domestic Arrivals: Terminal 1 (Qantas Domestic) Driver will wait at the bottom of the escalators at the “Chauffeur Meeting Point” near baggage carousel no 3 in the Baggage Claim area.

Domestic Arrivals: Terminal 3 (Virgin Blue Domestic) Driver will be waiting at the “Chauffeur Meeting Point” at the bottom of the escalator in the Arrivals Hall.

International Arrivals: Terminal 2 Driver will be waiting under the red illuminated sign “Meeting Point” which is a right hand turn in to the Arrivals Hall once you exit the main doors from customs
All bookings will have the reservation name displayed clearly on a page board.
If you cannot locate the driver please call Melbourne Star Office (1300 736 033 /+61 (0) 412 133 755), and ask for the operator who will inform the driver where you are waiting.
PLEASE NOTE: If you can not locate the driver and choose not to contact us (1300 736 033) and instead take alternative transport, you will still be liable for the transfer cost.
